Refund Policy

At AZ Youth Sports, we strive to provide the best possible experience for every family. We understand that circumstances may change after registering your child for a league. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

General Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@azyouthsports.com.
• All refunds are subject to review and approval by AZ Youth Sports administration.
• Registration fees include administrative and processing costs that are non-refundable in certain cases.

Refund Deadlines

• Full refunds available prior to roster release only.  No refunds issued once rosters are released.

Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:

• Full or partial credit is possible where medical conditions prevent continued participation (doctor’s note required).
• Program cancellations by AZ Youth Sports (full refunds will be issued if we cancel a league before it begins).

Uniforms and Equipment

Refunds will not be given for uniforms or equipment once they have been issued. If you withdraw after receiving your uniform, you may keep it.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original form of payment, unless otherwise arranged.
