Registration Refund Policy:

Refunds are available until rosters are released.  After rosters are released, no refunds will be given as league expenses and commitments have already been made.

Registration Credit Policy:

Our organization understands that unexpected life events can arise that prevent a player from completing a season.  We do offer a credit toward future registration under certain circumstances beyond the family’s control.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Medical reasons: significant illness or injury (e.g., broken bones, surgery, long-term illness) that prevents participation.
  • Family changes: changes in custody, or other major family transitions.
  • Unforeseen hardships: circumstances such as job loss, natural disaster, or other serious challenges impacting participation.

Credits are issued on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing. All requests will be reviewed by league management, and supporting documentation may be required.  If it is determined that a credit will be issued, that credit must be used within 1 calendar year.

  • The league does NOT provide practice locations.  Practice locations must be acquired by each team. The AZYS Communications Team will be happy to provide recommendations.

  • Once rosters are released, team or sport changes will not be made and will not be made due to practice or personal schedule conflicts.

  • If a family registers multiple children, practices and games MAY conflict.

  • A volunteer coach MAY ask families on their team to help cover the potential cost of a rental facility but parents are NOT required to contribute.

  • It is the league's expectation that a volunteer coach holds at least 1 practice per week.  (1 hour min.)
