1. Program Registration & Participation

By registering for any Arizona Recreational Sports program, clinic, camp, evaluation, tryout, or event, you agree to:

• Ensure athlete eligibility requirements are met

• Comply with all program rules, codes of conduct, and safety policies

Participation is subject to availability, program capacity, and payment confirmation.

2. Payments & Fees

Program fees must be paid according to the terms provided during registration.

Arizona Recreational Sports reserves the right to:

• Deny participation for incomplete or unpaid registrations

• Assess late fees where applicable

• Enforce refund and cancellation policies as stated in the specific registration

All payments are processed through third-party providers. Arizona Recreational Sports does not store full payment card details.

3. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive informational and promotional SMS messages from Arizona Recreational Sports related to:

• Registration reminders

• Practice and game updates

• Schedule changes

• Payment notifications

• Tryout information

• Program announcements

• Promotional offers

Message frequency varies based on participation and active seasons (typically up to 4–8 messages per month during active seasons).

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase or participation.

Arizona Recreational Sports is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

By submitting your information or opting in to SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are the parent or legal guardian of a participating athlete. Arizona Recreational Sports does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 without parental consent.

Arizona Recreational Sports may use third-party platforms for registration, payment processing, scheduling, or communications. We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or performance of third-party services.
